A New Colt!

Hey everybody!  I have been slow at putting this post up, but our mare Sammy had her foal last week!  She had a colt!  Everyone was super excited.  He hasn’t been named yet but I will let you know when he is.  🙂

  1. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! AAAWWWWWW! He is SO cute! Sammy is pretty too!!! WOW! He’s just so adorable!!! 😛 🙂 🙂
    Our colt-Scant is his name- is doing good! He’s sweet! He also likes to follow me around! 😉 🙂 He is a half brother to my horse, Gadget!
    Is this Sammy’s first foal!? They’re both so beautiful!!! Congratulations!!! I can’t wait to see more pics (if there are more 😉 ) and figure out what his name is eventually!!!

    1. Thanks K.A.! Scant is a great name!! I looked at his pics that u took of him and I thought he was really cute too! I will make sure to put more pics on of the colt when I reveal his name. 😀

  4. He’s a wonderful colt and your Dad has worked hard for many years to come to this point in this new colt’s life. Your Dad showed a lot of “Spirit” in his efforts and the colt looks like he has a lot of “Spirit” in his heart. Good luck to your whole family and the colt for his new life and adventure as a cow horse on the best working cattle ranch in Montana.

    1. Thanks so much! I have to agree dad has tried so hard to get a colt out of this mare but it hasn’t worked. The last few tries have been hard but the Lord gave us this great little colt!!
